THE PROBLEM: When attempting to add the TAS Indicators to the chart, the GAIN platform generates a "Unable to load DLL" error message. During installation of the TAS Indicators, the files installed were installed in \Documents\My Custom Indicators\ folder instead in the System32 folder.
THE CAUSE: Sometimes, when windows does a big update especially on Windows 7/8.1/10 cause the default program installation folder to be messed up.
