Learn how to properly install TAS Remote Tool using Google Chrome browser
VIEW IN FULL-SCREEN: Click the [ ] icon at the bottom-right of the video.
STEP 1: Visit the download page of our remote tool at https://www.tasmarketprofile.com/p/remote
STEP 2: Before downloading the tool, close any existing installed TeamViewer on your computer.
STEP 3: Once you have exited/closed the existing TeamViewer, click Install Teamviewer (orange button)
STEP 4: Check the downloaded remote tool file or executable which the file is named as TASPREMSupport.exe at the lower-left corner of the browser.
STEP 5: Once the file is completely downloaded, click the arrow (pointing upwards beside the file) then select OPEN. This will run the remote tool.
STEP 6: When Windows prompts you to allow this app, just hit YES.
STEP 7: Then a small window (remote tool) will pop-up on your screen with and ID and Password.
STEP 8: Send that ID and Password through our helpdesk or on the ticket that you have submitted.
NOTE: If in case the remote tool window did not appear, simply look for the app on the tray bar which is named as TAS M.P. Support as shown below.
