Learn how to properly install TAS Indicators on Metatrader 4
PART 1 - Installing TAS Files
STEP 1: Visit the indicator installation page for eSignal at https://tasmarketprofile.com/install-for-metatrader/
STEP 2: Click Install TAS Software to download the installer.
STEP 3: Run the installer
STEP 4: Follow the on-screen instruction on the setup window by keep hitting Next without changing the folder location to install the TAS Files.
STEP 5: When prompted by Microsoft Visual C++ setup, click Install or Repair then close when done. If you are prompted with a Microsoft C++ error message, it may be caused by the fact that you already have the most recent version and that is ok.
STEP 6: Login on the TAS Launch Pad with your username and password credentials. Have it authorized and click Minimize To Tray.
STEP 7: Click Finish on the setup window which displays Installation Successful. Proceed to Part 2 - Copying TAS Files to MT4's Directory...
PART 2 - Copying TAS Files to MT4's Directory
STEP 8: Open File Explorer and go to this folder location C:\TAS (This is the default folder location where all the TAS Files were installed from PART 1) and leave it open.
STEP 9: Start your Metatrader 4 platform
STEP 9: Click File menu
STEP 10: Select Open Data Folder
STEP 11: Double-Click MQL4 folder to open the folder. There are 2 folders here that you need to import the TAS Files to: Indicators and Libraries
STEP 12: Double-click Indicators folder first.
STEP 13: From the C:\TAS folder, copy all TAS Files with .EX4 extension and paste it in the Indicators folder.
STEP 14: Go back to the previous MQL4 folder, this time double-click Libraries folder.
STEP 15: From the C:\TAS folder, copy the TASIndicators.DLL file into the Libraries folder.
STEP 16: When you're done, close all folders and Metatrader 4 platform.
PART 3 - Verifying TAS Indicators Is Correctly Installed in MT4
Restart your Metatrader 4. Once restarted, you may now check in the left panel "Navigator" section and scroll down to see that the TAS Indicators are showing on your list and you're done. You may now attempt to add them to your MT4 chart.
